Please join us for the 3rd annual Black Goat Off-Road Club Offroaderfest

October 24th -25th at AOAA in Coal Township, PA

Camping is available at Trailhead Campground

If you have never been to AOAA, please complete their waiver online before the event

Event Fee: $5/person

Schedule of events:

Friday Oct 23rd

6:00 pm – ?  Arrive at the campground, set-up camp, and enjoy beverages with the club members

Saturday Oct 24th

8:30 am  Line-up in AOAA parking lot

9:00 am – 9:30 am  Purchase passes from the office  ($33/day or $48/2 days)

A breakfast sandwich and coffee will be provided by Kelsea’s Kitchen

9:30 am – 5:00 pm  Wheelin’

5:00 pm – 6:00 pm  Dinner provided by Kelsea’s Kitchen 

6:00 pm – ?  Campfires and drinks

Sunday Oct 25th

9:00 am – ?  more wheelin’

This is a family event, bring your damn family!

Each member is also highly encouraged to invite 1 non-member to come wheel with us at this event.

@club_members I was informed that some of you have not received an email after signing up. This was an error on my part. If you have already signed up on the main page please send $5/person to our club Paypal. This is to help offset food cost as food will be provided for the event as detailed above.

If you haven’t actually signed up on the event page and instead have only replied in this thread, please sign up properly so we can all get used to doing event sign-ups. Just preparing for the future of hosting actual events and not just “Trail Rides”.
