I have an off-center steering wheel. So I’m trying to get this MC HD draglink adjustment to rotate. The jamnuts won’t budge. I used big wrenches and PB Blaster. On second look everything looks like its all screwed in all the way. I didn’t install this and haven’t worked on it. Maybe there’s nowhere for the jamnuts to go- I don’t see threads anywhere. Any ideas? Does the draglink have to come off the pitman arm to be dealt with?

I just got both jamnuts free. Looks like the position where it’s screwing all the way in is still too short to get the steering wheel back to center. Hrmm

Tightened it down and drove it. It’s essentially back to center.
Separate note- quarterpanel trail damage is all gone:
